Master .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services utilizing C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

• Create and enhance SOAP and REST APIs while adhering to best practices and version control standards.

• Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate on the integration of various systems and services, implementing software design patterns.

• Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them to improve existing solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and best practices to boost development efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production environments.

• Strong knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including experience in database design and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with SOAP and RESTful services.

• Proficient in XML serialization and deserialization.

• Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced, multicultural teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Proactive approach to task ownership with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative team player who values shared success.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing requirements.

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure.

• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development.
