This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain tools for business automation and intelligence.

• Create and manage the data architectures that support automation and intelligence tools.

• Comprehend client data requirements and collaborate with specialists and colleagues to fulfill them.

• Outline project phases, estimate required efforts, and formulate completion timelines.

• Articulate technical obstacles and proposed solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Retrieve data through database queries and utilize APIs.

• Propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with mentors and peers to address challenges and inquiries.

• Actively engage with colleagues and clients across the globe.

• Oversee small-scale solution-development projects or specific tasks within larger initiatives.

• Precisely account for daily hours worked on assigned projects.

• Participate in occasional client meetings and fulfill necessary in-person onboarding on Day 1.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 4 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing process automation solutions, including PowerApps or similar platforms.

• Skilled in designing and constructing dashboards.

• Proficient understanding of relational databases.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Power Platform, encompassing Canvas Power Apps, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Familiarity with ETL processes, database design, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Strong communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Preferred qualifications: SharePoint Development, Web Development, JavaScript, SQL databases, Azure services, Python, C#, HTML5, Node.js, React, and Esri ArcGIS solutions.

• Relocation and sponsorship are not available.
