Senior Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and create interfaces utilizing SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, Open Connectors, B2B, SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh, and SAP API Management.

• Oversee integration projects and subprojects for global SAP S/4HANA implementations.

• Integrate cloud platforms and applications, including SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and Employee Central Payroll.

• Connect Point of Sales systems and eCommerce platforms, with a preference for Magento.

• Advise clients on integration strategy and architecture.

• Assist in project development activities to ensure systems are sustainable and supportable in the long term.

• Work with OData Services, Fiori applications, BTP Services, and BTP applications.

• Manage small to mid-scale projects, defining deliverables and scope.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, design, develop, and configure repository objects.

• Draft technical specifications and test plans.

• Monitor and update application maintenance notifications.

• Generate development estimates and technical design documents.

• Implement unit and functional test plans.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Develop and test custom objects for interfaces, data conversions, workflows, and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams to meet service-level standards and roadmap requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 6-8 years of combined IT and SAP experience.

• Over 4 years of experience with middleware software systems, specifically SAP Integration Suite and its components, including CPI development.

• Proficiency in API Development.

• Familiarity with Groovy Scripts.

• Experience in SAP CPI Development.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh.

• Understanding of XML, Java, ABAP, and XSLT for data mapping in various formats.

• Familiarity with Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, FTPs, AS2, REST API, and SOAP network protocols.

• Comprehension of PAAS, IAAS, and SAAS cloud systems.

• Technical expertise in Java, JavaScript, reporting, RFCs, and BAPIs.

• Experience in integrating multiple cloud systems.

• Knowledge of ABAP Proxies, Alert Monitoring, ALE Configuration, RFC, IDoc, JMS adapters, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and OData Services.

• Proficiency with ABAP Workbench tools such as ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Area Menus, and SAP OData Services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and keen attention to detail.
