Software Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team dedicated to the design, implementation, and maintenance of platform tooling, operational automation, developer productivity solutions, and AI-driven support capabilities.

• Supervise software engineers who provide shared capabilities that enhance various strategic platform initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, product, infrastructure, security, architecture, and operations teams.

• Foster innovation through automation, self-service functionalities, enterprise knowledge management, and AI-driven support solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, software development, or technical product development for enterprise-scale applications OR a High School Diploma/GED alongside Fourteen (14) years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in leading technical teams, managing software delivery programs, or driving engineering initiatives.

• A minimum of 3 years working with cloud-native applications, APIs, distributed systems, and contemporary software architecture.

• Over 3 years of experience operating within Agile software development frameworks.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting, developing, or integrating enterprise platforms, operational tooling, or developer enablement solutions.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with AI-enabled technologies, intelligent automation, Generative AI, AI-assisted development tools, or similar technologies.
