Manager, Software Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across the entire software stack.

• Hire, manage, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled software engineers.

• Work in conjunction with product owners and user experience engineers to define product features and roadmaps.

• Uphold high standards for software quality, reliability, maintainability, cybersecurity, and compliance.

• Assist in production operations, including incident response and issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proven experience in leading or managing software engineering teams.

• More than 5 years of experience developing applications for iOS and Android using Kotlin.

• At least 5 years of experience in developing Java web services.

• Familiarity with AWS, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
