Software Development Manager

• Collaborate with Heads of Role to provide engineers with the necessary guidance and mentorship.

• Participate in discussions regarding architecture and technical planning.

• Facilitate delivery by removing obstacles and ensuring effective processes are in place.

• Work closely alongside Product Managers and stakeholders.

• Track team performance, delivery health, and overall morale.

• Engage in recruitment, onboarding, and personal development initiatives for your team.

• Champion your engineers throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role.

• Proven ability to guide teams through the entire software development lifecycle.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to lead with context without resorting to micro-management.

• Comfort in engaging in architectural discussions and strategic planning.

• A strong enthusiasm for exceptional technology.
