This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end test automation of our Blazor WebAssembly front end, which includes UI and functional test suites (e.g., Playwright).
• Develop and uphold API test coverage for our .NET Core back-end APIs, Azure Function applications, and dedicated authentication service — encompassing integration, contract, and regression testing.
• Implement mobile test automation for our .NET MAUI mobile application on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Utilize Claude Enterprise to efficiently create, refactor, and maintain test scripts, while helping to establish best practices for AI-assisted testing within the team.
• Incorporate testing into CI/CD processes so that automated suites are executed with every build and release, providing clear pass/fail indicators and actionable failure reports.
• Monitor and communicate quality metrics — including escaped defects, coverage, and flaky test rates — and leverage these to drive enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testability is prioritized during design and code reviews, and to reproduce, isolate, and confirm bug resolutions.
• Conduct focused exploratory testing in situations where automation is not suitable, particularly for new features and edge cases.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation, SDET, or software engineering roles with a strong emphasis on testing.
• Proficient in C#/.NET — capable of writing production-quality test code rather than merely relying on record-and-playback scripts.
• Practical experience with contemporary UI automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• Background in creating API-level test suites (REST, integration testing, test data management).
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as an integral part of your workflow — or possess a strong desire to adopt such tools.
• Self-motivated and at ease with taking ownership of a domain within a small team.
• Competitive compensation that demonstrates our dedication to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent in the industry.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, and employer 401(K) match, among others.
• Flexibility to work remotely with multiple onsite sessions each year to enhance collaboration and team cohesion.
• A vibrant and inclusive team environment that encourages support from teammates, honest feedback, authenticity, and the ability to make a significant impact while enjoying the process.
• Engaging work each day; we are passionate about our mission, our patients, and each other.
