Software Developer II – ShareGate Migrate, Web Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Develop comprehensive full-stack features that align with the team's quality and user experience benchmarks.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and product designer to create straightforward, well-crafted user experiences that address real-world challenges.

• Build robust and sustainable technical foundations from the beginning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering commercial software products with significant customer adoption.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing web applications using TypeScript and React.

• Practical experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Strong backend development capabilities in C# / .NET.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in everyday development tasks.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address complex and ambiguous technical issues.

• Effective and proactive communication skills, ownership mentality, transparency, and the ability to keep the team well-informed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is advantageous.
