This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and execute Maintenance and Compliance features throughout the entire software stack, which includes maintenance workflows, compliance and document management, as well as asset/component tracking.

• Provide integration services for enterprise customer implementations, including document synchronization with third-party platforms like SharePoint.

• Maintain sprint velocity and ensure estimate accuracy in alignment with committed release schedules.

• Conduct code reviews and verify that designs and code comply with Helm standards.

• Collaborate closely with product management, QA, developers, support, and implementation teams.

• Engage in planning sessions, daily stand-ups, project kick-offs, estimation meetings, and retrospectives.

• Investigate and address issues arising from live customer environments.

• Utilize AI tools for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and documentation purposes.

• Assess the quality and security of AI-generated outputs.

• Share insights and best practices regarding AI with the team.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables through unit testing, integration validation, and support for go-live readiness.

• Assist in post-release monitoring and issue resolution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional software development experience.

• Proficient in strongly typed object-oriented languages, with a preference for C#.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks, preferably Vue.

• Knowledge of relational database management systems, with PostgreSQL as a preferred option.

• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS.

• Strong Git fundamentals, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conducting code reviews in a shared repository.

• Comprehension of how software delivery influences customer outcomes and revenue generation.

• Ability to work effectively under contractual, customer-committed deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
