Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable web applications utilizing PHP (preferably Laravel 11+).

• Collaborate with diverse teams to create new features and enhancements.

• Work with relational databases (MySQL), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Integrate contemporary front-end tools such as Livewire and Alpine.js.

• Construct and utilize RESTful APIs.

• Employ Git for version control and oversee deployment workflows.

• Investigate and implement AI/ML features using Python, OpenAI API, or similar technologies (as applicable).

• Create and maintain thorough documentation for system procedures, updates, and user manuals.

• Ensure adherence to data security and privacy regulations in all aspects of system upkeep and user management.

• Engage in client calls to offer technical advice and suggest solutions for intricate localization demands.

• Research and propose tools, programs, or workflows to address client-specific requirements and enhance project outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and implement customized localization solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English - You will be engaging with an international team.

• Experienced in PHP/Laravel (Laravel 11+ preferred).

• Comfortable working with MySQL or similar relational database systems.

• Solid understanding of front-end development with Livewire and Alpine.js.

• Skilled in building and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Familiar with version control (Git) and contemporary CI/CD workflows.

• Experience or interest in localization workflows, tools, and best practices.

• Proven experience developing integrations with various platforms.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging localization technologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively and propose alternatives.

• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

• Team player.

• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

• Knowledge of the Genesys Platform is desirable.
