Software Developer, AI Platform Foundations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of software development experience as part of a team, ideally with some exposure to platform engineering, developer experience, or developer tooling, along with a growing interest in AI-powered or LLM-driven systems.

• Some practical experience or a strong interest in working with LLMs and AI tools.

• An evolving product mindset for internal platforms.

• Proficiency in at least one of Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Java/Kotlin, with a willingness to work in others as necessary.

• A desire to develop systems that enforce standards while minimizing disruption to developers.

• Comfort in making data-informed decisions.

• Strong collaboration skills.

• A team-oriented attitude and a growing interest in mentoring.
