This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take ownership of domain blueprints and frameworks along with their corresponding technical roadmaps.
• Develop guiding principles and design patterns for specific product or domain areas.
• Suggest technology options to the Principal Architect for final approval.
• Convert the product or domain vision into technical blueprints suitable for engineering teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
• Design and implement software solutions, including complex development projects.
• Create high-level system designs representing both current and future states.
• Engage in solution design discussions and influence business and product strategies.
• Lead exploration and proof-of-concept projects.
• Initiate and drive process and technical enhancements.
• Assess and evaluate business and technology partners.
• Provide hands-on coding and development as required by business needs.
• Mentor and guide senior and lead software engineers.
• Coordinate technical activities with other Premier teams.
• Evaluate the technical skills of junior team members and support their development plans.
• Develop technology implementation guidelines and advocate for compliance across technology teams.
• Offer subject matter expertise across at least three Premier products or business domains.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with architecture governance standards.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Strong experience in web, desktop, and/or cross-platform application development.
• High proficiency in the .NET Framework and C#.
• Solid understanding and experience with SDLC methodologies.
• Extensive experience with data acquisition and APIs.
• Profound experience in architecting and designing solutions for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Significant experience in relational database design and SQL development.
• Proficient in application development, data acquisition, and technology architecture.
• Experience in UI development and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with Linux, RabbitMQ, HTTP protocol, REST API, and JSON.
• Experience with the Dynamics CRM platform and its architecture, including modules, security, database schema, customization, integration, development API, and testing.
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, Databricks, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with a DevOps tool such as Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes, Docker containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with application testing and QA processes, including regression, unit, interface, and integration testing.
• Background in test automation and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with development libraries such as Telerik or Syncfusion.
• Experience with Mirth.
• Proficiency in Angular or other web development frameworks.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Capacity to quickly adapt, change priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Competence in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills, both in person and electronically.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and manage interruptions.
