This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess software and technology-related deliverables for precision, completeness, and professional standards.
• Analyze artificial intelligence and machine learning content for technical consistency, correct terminology, practical applicability, and clarity.
• Review IT-related strategies, analyses, infrastructures, systems, processes, and implementation considerations.
• Evaluate data analyses, quantitative results, calculations, assumptions, metrics, and analytical interpretations.
• Review technical documents and spreadsheets, including formulas, tables, supporting data, and quantitative results.
• Examine software, AI, IT, and data-related presentations for technical correctness, narrative flow, information hierarchy, clarity, charts, diagrams, tables, and visual representations.
• Conduct cross-format quality checks across documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Evaluate assigned outputs against specific domain quality benchmarks.
• Identify weaknesses in technical, analytical, factual, and presentation aspects.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback that outlines both strengths and weaknesses.
• Consistently apply evaluation standards across software, AI, IT, and data-related work products.
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, information technology, data science, data analysis, or a closely related domain.
• Background as a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, IT Specialist, or a comparable technology role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in one or more fields, including software, AI, IT, or data.
• Experience in creating or reviewing technical documents, analytical materials, spreadsheets, reports, or technology presentations.
• Capability to evaluate technical content for factual accuracy, logical coherence, and practical relevance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Exceptional spreadsheet and quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Native or professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to deliver precise, structured feedback.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
• Part-time independent contractor position.
