Director, AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of onboarding, learning, and adoption initiatives for the AI Agency Platform.

• Establish and operationalize a scalable enablement framework.

• Acquire functional knowledge of the AI Agency platform and client workflows.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for both internal and external users.

• Create and conduct live and virtual training sessions.

• Develop facilitator guides, playbooks, job aids, videos, knowledge bases, and interactive eLearning content.

• Direct learning solutions through platforms like LXP and SharePoint.

• Evaluate and implement new learning channels.

• Set KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of onboarding, platform adoption, feature utilization, user proficiency, and overall business impact.

• Assist in crafting communications for platform releases and continuous learning initiatives.

• Supervise platform champions (“sherpas”) who serve as peer coaches.

• Establish content governance and update training materials through rapid releases.

• Identify barriers to adoption and training gaps, delivering a comprehensive enablement roadmap.

• Scale onboarding and training through customized digital learning experiences.

• Develop a certification program for internal and client audiences.

• Analyze user feedback to shape training priorities, onboarding experiences, and platform improvements.

• Exhibit inclusive behaviors and proactively address bias.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in creating training, onboarding, or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly in fast-evolving technological environments.

• Proven success in leading training and enablement delivery for both internal teams and clients.

• Capacity to customize content for varied audiences, encompassing different functional areas and levels of AI expertise.

• Experience in facilitating demonstrations, hands-on exercises, interactive discussions, troubleshooting, and real-time debugging.

• Familiarity with instructional design best practices.

• Proficiency in modern learning authoring and delivery tools.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance training materials, personalize learning, or improve training workflow efficiency.

• Capability to leverage learning analytics, platform usage data, and user feedback effectively.

• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, fundamentals of prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and responsible AI practices.

• Ability to swiftly learn and articulate new technologies.

• Effective communication skills with senior executives, client stakeholders, and end users.

• Competence in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Ability to lead and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

• Experience in marketing, advertising, digital, or consulting agencies is highly advantageous.

• Daily active use of AI tools and a demonstrated history of practical experimentation.
