This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Enhance Thryv’s market presence within the current client portfolio.
• Boost client interaction with existing software users.
• Expand the SaaS client base through new sales initiatives.
• Reach out to current clients to foster and develop relationships.
• Spot and pursue new client opportunities.
• Achieve a set sales quota.
• Interact with clients in person about 50% of the time.
• Identify and obtain new SaaS clients by utilizing self-generated prospecting.
• Execute all established operational processes and requirements with excellence.
• Engage in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as necessary.
• Over 3 years of direct sales experience is required.
• More than 2 years of experience in an outbound sales role (full sales cycle) is necessary.
• Industry knowledge with the capacity to thoroughly understand the Thryv product suite.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal, complemented by strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities amidst competing schedules or conflicting demands.
• Capability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively delivering sales presentations while adhering to established company processes and procedures.
• Proficient technical skills with a solid understanding of MS Office and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
