This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Communicate the advantages of Casebook’s offerings to potential clients across the United States and Canada, including SMB nonprofits in human services/social services, local and state government agencies and departments, as well as Tribal government organizations.
• Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at achieving the revenue necessary to meet quota, which is set at 3x On Track Earnings (OTE).
• Cultivate sales leads through both existing and new relationships while also following up on leads generated by marketing efforts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver precise sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate the ability to forge strong business relationships with leaders in the nonprofit and government sectors.
• Transform sales opportunities into finalized agreements.
• Keep an eye on the market by staying informed about competitor actions and relaying this information through appropriate channels to the product management and sales teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR and Solutions Consulting teams to align outreach initiatives and provide data-driven solution suggestions.
• Ensure that records in our CRM are current and accurate.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, which may include weekends for conferences, client meetings, or internal gatherings.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in nonprofit or government sectors, ideally within human services or social services organizations.
• Experience in working with or volunteering for social service organizations.
• A demonstrated history of success in sales, with evidence of recent quota achievement or participation in a president's club.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Hubspot and Gong.
• Training in sales methodology.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in utilizing technology to communicate effectively with senior-level personnel in Casebook's target market.
• Must have access to an internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps during standard business hours.
