This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Lead outbound outreach efforts and proactively generate qualified sales opportunities
β’ Present compelling, value-oriented messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects
β’ Implement structured strategies for calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement
β’ Collaborate closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to enhance conversion techniques
β’ Enhance your SaaS sales expertise through continuous coaching, training, and practical platform experience
β’ Exhibit consistent performance within a defined evaluation framework
β’ 1β2 years of experience in outbound sales (SaaS experience is preferred but not mandatory)
β’ Associate's degree or equivalent experience
β’ Confidence in engaging with decision-makers via phone, email, and social media channels
β’ Capability to manage a high volume of leads, address objections, and build a sales pipeline
β’ Eagerness to develop full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing capacity
β’ Comfort with working towards structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
β’ Possess a growth mindset and strong willingness to be coached
β’ Openness and ability to meet clients in person to expand your network and drive sales success
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age
β’ Must successfully complete the pre-employment screening process as required
β’ Must complete any necessary training or orientation courses as needed
