Social Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the social security department

• Manage the technical team

• Act as the technical authority for social security issues

• Ensure the quality of technical deliverables

• Discover opportunities for cost savings and recovery of social security credits

⛳️ Requirements

• Lead the social security sector, guaranteeing technical excellence, operational efficiency, and value delivery to clients through effective project management

• Coordinate the technical team (analysts and consultants), promoting their development and high performance

• Serve as the technical authority on social security subjects (INSS, social security contributions, offsets/compensations, reviews, planning, and recovery opportunities)

• Ensure the quality of technical deliverables, risk management, and compliance with deadlines

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and recovery of social security credits

• Keep track of legislative and regulatory changes

• Execute process enhancements and efficiency improvements

• Strong experience in corporate social security

• Previous experience in team management

• Extensive knowledge of social security legislation and obligations

• Experience with offsets/compensation, credit recovery, or social security planning is advantageous

• A postgraduate degree or specialization in the field is a plus
