This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Establish strong daily connections that inspire students, ensuring they feel valued and empowered, transforming potential drop-outs into success stories through attentive and proactive outreach.
β’ Lead students through the curriculum with enthusiasm and clarity, reinforcing essential concepts and aiding them in mastering the material.
β’ Track engagement and progress with meticulous attention; identify students who are struggling or disengaged early on and initiate timely, personalized interventions that restore their momentum.
β’ Provide prompt grading and insightful, impactful feedback that enhances learning, acknowledges growth, promotes self-efficacy, and prepares students to tackle challenges confidently.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related discipline (required)
β’ Teacher certification alongside an approved teacher preparation program (required)
β’ Capability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as assigned (required)
β’ Over 3 years of teaching experience (preferred)
β’ More than 2 years of online teaching experience (preferred)
β’ Ability to successfully pass mandatory background checks (required).
