This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Generate content with high viewer retention for Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and various digital platforms.

• Utilize raw footage and source material to produce polished, publish-ready videos.

• Develop videos that are well-timed, visually captivating, and align with brand aesthetics.

• Oversee the production of multiple videos simultaneously.

• Exercise creative direction and visual judgment within a structured and fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong capabilities in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic typography.

• Professional video editing experience complemented by a robust portfolio.

• Experience in editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-retention content.

• Strong sense of creative direction and visual aesthetics.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Quick, dependable communication and turnaround times.

• Proficient written and spoken English skills.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

• A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

• Submission of a portfolio or relevant work samples.

• Preferred: Experience in performance marketing creative.

• Preferred: Background in UI/UX or digital product video.

• Preferred: Experience with SaaS, website, or app video content.

• Preferred: Familiarity with QA, quality control, or structured review processes.
