• Conceptualize innovative campaign ideas for product launches to effectively present new features in a shareable manner.

• Collaborate with Brand Designers to convert concepts into visually striking social-first creatives that reinforce the Solflare brand identity.

• Work alongside Product Marketing Managers to transform product updates into captivating narratives that connect with diverse audiences.

• Develop comprehensive cross-platform campaign strategies that optimize impact while honoring the distinct strengths of each social media channel.

• Utilize visual storytelling to distill intricate product features into accessible and engaging content.

• Generate activation concepts for events, launches, partnerships, and cultural moments that spark conversation.

• Partner with video editors and designers to turn creative ideas from concept to execution.

• Investigate AI-driven creative processes to enhance speed, experimentation, and content quality.

• Proactively discover new social formats, trends, and storytelling avenues to maintain Solflare's competitive edge.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing and expanding social media presence for brands, products, or agencies.

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional creative thinking beyond mere content execution.

• Proven experience in brand building through social media, rather than just adhering to publishing schedules.

• A comprehensive understanding of major social platforms today and the differing behaviors of audiences on each.

• Confidence in collaborating with designers, creatives, marketers, and video editors.

• Strong instincts in visual storytelling and campaign strategy development.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and creative processes.

• Capability to balance creative vision with strategic thinking and business objectives.
