Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms

• Develop customized content strategies and comprehensive content calendars that align with client objectives

• Produce visually appealing content that reflects the client's brand identity

• Generate short-form video content, carousels, stories, and various other content formats

• Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, industries, and client needs

• Address open-ended client challenges and devise innovative solutions

• Adapt to shifting priorities, manage deadlines effectively, and juggle multiple tasks

• Utilize web-based business applications and AI tools with care

• Quickly and independently learn new systems

• Oversee a portfolio of 2–5 ongoing clients, selecting which clients to engage

• Maintain weekday availability and adhere to standard 1–2 day project turnaround times

• Must be U.S.-Based

• Reliable and robust internet connection

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies

• Experience in creating customized content strategies and detailed content calendars

• Strong graphic design and editing skills

• Proficient in producing short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other visual content

• Capable of crafting messages for various audiences, industries, and client needs

• Strong problem-solving skills for open-ended client initiatives

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities

• Comfortable using web-based business applications and AI tools

• Quick and independent learner of new systems
