• Generate activation concepts related to events, product launches, partnerships, and cultural moments.

• Partner with video editors and designers to execute creative concepts effectively.

• Investigate AI-driven creative workflows to improve speed and quality of content.

• Consistently seek out new social formats, trends, and storytelling possibilities.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing and expanding social media for brands, products, or agencies.

• A portfolio that showcases outstanding creative thinking beyond mere content execution.

• Experience in building brands through social media, rather than just maintaining a publishing schedule.

• A comprehensive understanding of today's leading social platforms and audience behaviors.

• Confidence in collaborating with designers, creatives, marketers, and video editors.

• Strong intuition for visual storytelling and campaign development.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation and workflows.

• Ability to merge creativity with strategic thinking and business objectives.
