This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the daily publishing on our Client’s corporate social media platforms utilizing Sprinklr.
• Create, review, and enhance social content for publication, customizing messaging to align with the platform, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Format posts, verify links, optimize social media assets, and ensure all content adheres to platform-specific best practices.
• Oversee the publishing workflow, ensuring that necessary stakeholder approvals are obtained prior to content scheduling or publication.
• Prepare, schedule, quality check, and publish content through Sprinklr while managing publishing calendars and embargo requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the social content calendar by proactively updating schedules, identifying conflicts or gaps, and keeping publishing plans aligned with current business objectives.
• Manage and organize content within the Sprinklr Employee Advocacy platform, including publishing approved campaigns and supporting program administration.
• Monitor corporate social channels for comments, inquiries, and discussions, responding or escalating as per community management guidelines.
• Collaborate with Communications, Editorial, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Executive Communications to ensure the precise and timely execution of launches, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Identify publishing challenges, workflow enhancements, and operational efficiencies that can boost quality and scalability.
• Uphold social governance by adhering to publishing standards, approval processes, taxonomy, accessibility, platform specifications, and brand guidelines.
• Assess publishing quality and report issues or trends that could enhance future content execution.
• 2–4 years of experience in managing daily social media publishing for a B2B organization.
• Experience in publishing content on LinkedIn and YouTube, with a good understanding of additional enterprise social platforms.
• Practical experience with enterprise social media management tools such as Sprinklr (preferred), Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Experience in coordinating publishing workflows, approvals, and content scheduling among multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent proofreading, copy editing, and quality assurance skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with customers and online communities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Express for basic image resizing and optimization of social assets.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Proven capability to identify workflow enhancements and proactively suggest operational efficiencies rather than merely executing assigned duties.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools to streamline publishing workflows, content preparation, and quality assurance is a plus.
• Experience in supporting employee advocacy platforms is also a plus.
