This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Create, launch, and oversee an innovative social media strategy for a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) company aimed at enhancing brand visibility, fostering community engagement, and generating leads.
• Manage community growth and interactions on LinkedIn and other pertinent social media platforms by executing audience development tactics and engagement initiatives to cultivate a dedicated and active audience.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to bolster the success of marketing campaigns.
• Conceive, create, and share written content on social media, including posts, polls, newsletters, and articles, as well as multimedia assets like graphics and videos, while consistently experimenting with new formats to enhance audience engagement and conversion.
• Design and implement an executive thought leadership program, partnering with key leaders to manage their social media presence and optimize their personal brands for increased reach and influence.
• Execute a social search optimization (SSO) strategy to improve organic search rankings across LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
• Initiate a social listening program to track competitor and industry conversations, providing timely insights that inform our social media strategy and position us as leaders in category discussions.
• Establish processes for performance measurement, reporting, and optimization to ensure our social media strategy remains proactive in adapting to the latest industry shifts, trends, and technologies.
• A minimum of three years of experience in social media marketing or related roles, where you have been responsible for developing and executing social media strategies.
• Proven expertise in creating B2B marketing strategies for LinkedIn or other relevant social media platforms (e.g., X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, or other emerging platforms) to effectively target, engage, and nurture professional audiences.
• Experience in managing community engagement and implementing audience development strategies.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities to produce high-quality, conversion-oriented content, with a strong adherence to brand style guidelines.
• A track record of successfully leveraging current industry trends to enhance audience growth and engagement through inventive social media strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively bring creative ideas to fruition.
• Experience in establishing a social listening program to monitor industry conversations and deliver timely insights.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and performance metrics to drive optimization efforts based on data-driven insights.
