This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee and enhance the social media presence of Truelogic and the CEO.
• Create and implement content strategies that align with business goals.
• Plan, develop, and schedule content for various platforms.
• Adjust the tone of voice according to each channel (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Discover opportunities on emerging platforms (Reddit, Twitch, etc.).
• Monitor and actively participate in community engagement (comments, messages, mentions).
• Encourage relevant discussions within the B2B tech landscape.
• Manage feedback and maintain the online reputation.
• Craft compelling copy that aligns with brand identity.
• Simplify technical concepts into clear and engaging content for B2B audiences.
• Assist in the production of visual and multimedia content (a plus).
• Track social media metrics (engagement, growth, reach).
• Create performance reports and suggest enhancements.
• Support data analysis for ongoing optimization.
• Aid in executing digital strategies within HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CMS).
• Help manage lists, workflows, and email campaigns as necessary.
• Provide assistance in implementing initiatives defined by the Growth Marketing team.
• Aid in compiling reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Proven experience in Social Media / Community Management (preferably in B2B tech or the US market).
• Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding the social media footprint of a CEO or senior executive.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Background in creating and executing content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting social media metrics.
• General understanding of digital tools and social media platforms.
• Practical experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong grasp of current digital trends, tools, and platforms.
• Nice to have: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Familiarity with Looker Studio, Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, Experience with paid media campaigns on other platforms.
