Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance our exceptional client relationships by collaborating with creative and strategy teams to deliver insights that boost their social media visibility.

• Monitor project KPIs and work together on a reporting strategy that reinforces brand objectives across key social platforms.

• Convert extensive datasets into actionable insights and communicate those results throughout the organization to diverse audiences.

• Oversee measurement systems for your clients, which involves managing data collection and suggesting opportunities for further optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media reporting and insights, ideally with campaigns incorporating influencer marketing or talent collaborations.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Background in social media data analysis, with a solid grasp of social performance metrics and the ability to discern why content succeeds or fails.

• Experience with social media monitoring, management, and listening tools (such as CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, ListenFirst, etc.).

• Familiarity with data visualization and presentation software (including PowerPoint, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Tableau, Keynote, etc.).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the capacity to foster strong relationships internally and with clients.

• Capability to perform high-level analysis and deliver insights in a digestible format that offers actionable next steps for creative and strategy teams.

• Stay updated on emerging social trends and platforms, with the ability to critically assess how to apply those best practices for our clients.
