This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Design and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other pertinent channels.
• Create, compose, and share engaging content specifically tailored for Forex, CFD, and financial services audiences.
• Establish content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee daily social media activities to enhance brand recognition, engagement, and lead generation.
• Craft persuasive copy for marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all content adheres to financial services marketing regulations and Meta advertising guidelines.
• Maintain uniform brand messaging across all digital communication platforms.
• Assist in reputation management through review sites and online brand monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and external agencies to produce high-quality campaigns.
• Support promotional initiatives, trading contests, bonus offers, and client acquisition efforts.
• Coordinate multilingual content projects as needed.
• Manage multiple content projects while adhering to deadlines and business priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate content and social media performance utilizing Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, reach, and conversion through data-driven insights.
• Prepare performance reports and refine content strategies based on key performance indicators.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Forex Broker, CFD Broker, Multi-Asset Broker, FinTech, or Financial Services company.
• Strong comprehension of Forex trading, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platforms, brokerage business models, and Affiliate/IB programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
• Capability to independently develop and implement content strategies without solely depending on agencies.
• Familiarity with Meta Advertising Policies for Financial Services and brokerage compliance standards.
• Experience in managing content calendars and social media strategies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication competencies.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (C1 level and above) in both written and verbal communication.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant social media and content work (mandatory).
• Experience with international brokerage brands.
• Experience managing multilingual content projects.
• Knowledge of Trustpilot and broker review platforms.
• Experience in supporting bonus campaigns, trading competitions, and acquisition campaigns.
• Understanding of trader acquisition, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle communications.
