Social Media Scheduler, Organic Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a dependable content schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Consistently publish content in accordance with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

• Collaborate with editors, creators, and leadership to ensure content is ready for publication.

• Write or finalize captions, hashtags, and basic post copy as necessary.

• Ensure proper formatting, tagging, links, and posting times for each platform.

• Monitor and report weekly and monthly performance metrics, including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and growth.

• Identify patterns in content performance and share insights with the team.

• Maintain a centralized content calendar and asset library.

• Highlight missed deadlines, bottlenecks, and low-performance trends promptly.

• Ensure brand consistency across all organic channels.

• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.

• Communicate daily in an asynchronous manner via Slack.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or scheduling content across various social platforms.

• Commitment to attending weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.

• Effective, daily asynchronous communication via Slack.

• Strong time management skills and ability to follow through on tasks.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, or native schedulers.

• Experience with ClickUp.

• Proven expertise with ManyChat and direct messaging settings.

• Access to high-speed internet and a dependable workstation.

• Ability to work comfortably with an international, remote team.

• Highly organized and systems-oriented.

• Capable of managing multiple platforms simultaneously.

• Data-driven, able to leverage results for informed decision-making.

• Proactive and dependable.

• Proficient and confident in written English communication.

• Ability to work independently without constant oversight.

• Knowledgeable about organic social content workflows and tools.
