This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

• Design, schedule, and publish captivating content for social media.

• Create content calendars and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives.

• Craft engaging captions and optimize posts to enhance interaction and reach.

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement as necessary.

• Assess social media performance, analyze essential metrics, and provide regular updates.

• Keep informed about social media trends, platform modifications, and emerging best practices.

• Propose innovative ideas and opportunities to boost content performance and audience expansion.

• Work closely with the client to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for food-related enterprises.

• Strong portfolio that highlights past work and successful social media initiatives.

• Positive client feedback or professional references.

• Exceptional skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.

• Proficient in Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and other prominent social media platforms.

• Solid understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and growth strategies.

• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (both written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.

• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
