This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Create short-form videos (reels/TikToks) and static posts for client accounts.

• Craft engaging hooks and captions; capitalize on trends; distribute content across various platforms.

• Monitor reach, engagement, and follower growth, making adjustments based on performance insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have **personally produced content that has reached genuine audiences** — with measurable metrics (views, follower increases, engagement) that demonstrate impact, not just "managed a page".

• You are **actively creating content at present**.

• You possess the ability to shoot and/or edit short-form videos and write compelling hooks independently.

• Proficient in **English**; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• Preferred: a personal account or client accounts that show significant traction; experience engaging with Middle Eastern audiences.
