• We are currently in search of outstanding talent for the position of Social Media/Growth Manager.

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week

• Flexible working hours, with a required overlap until at least 1 PM Pacific time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Take ownership of Robyn’s social media and growth initiatives from start to finish.

• Position Robyn strategically in front of the ideal customer profile (ICP) and drive conversions for paid users.

• Create and implement a growth strategy across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Determine the content to publish, the platforms to use, and the best positioning for the target audience.

• Conduct experiments to identify the most effective messaging, channels, and tactics for conversion.

• Investigate influencer outreach and other distribution methods to broaden reach.

• Establish a repeatable content and growth flywheel rather than merely scheduling posts.

• Emphasize conversions and revenue impact, steering clear of vanity metrics like views alone.

• Capable of testing paid promotion after confirming organic traction.

• Background in creative and growth experimentation within early-stage startups.

• Solid experience in social media and growth strategy.

• Ability to independently manage strategy.

• Eager, proactive, with a founder-style mindset.

• Familiarity with Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
