• Oversee and implement social media strategies and content for various brands.
• Maintain and adhere to unique brand voices, ensuring consistency and alignment with established brand guidelines.
• Develop, schedule, and share high-quality, engaging content (including copy, graphics, and video) across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and others.
• Collaborate directly with general managers and founders to coordinate content requirements, collect assets, respond to customer inquiries, and achieve marketing goals.
• Manage community engagement, including customer interactions.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and work alongside cross-functional teams.
• Analyze analytics, report on metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, create user-generated content opportunities, and support affiliate marketing programs.
• Assist in developing content calendars and propose new ideas that align with brand objectives.
• Execute basic design tasks (such as creating graphics for posts using tools like Canva) in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in social media management, ideally in startups, direct-to-consumer brands, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle brands, or agency settings.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow social media accounts — beyond just scheduling or posting content.
• Strong experience in creating content personally, which includes:
• - Copywriting
• - Basic graphic design
• - Short-form video editing
• - Content ideation and execution
• Proven success in managing TikTok as a primary growth channel, which includes:
• - Utilizing trends
• - Growing organic engagement
• - Developing short-form content strategies
• - Conducting performance analysis
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment with little structure or oversight.
• Ability to take initiative, resolve issues independently, and proactively advance projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different brand voices and visual styles.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and operational teams.
• Must be highly responsive during Florida business hours.
• A portfolio is required (including social accounts, campaigns, content samples, or video work).
