Senior Manager – E-Commerce Sales, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the hands-on execution, analysis, and enhancement of e-commerce sales and marketing activities.

• Ensure a superior customer experience across the company's digital platforms.

• Maintain uniform messaging and branding across email, social media, and on-site channels.

• Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance metrics.

• Convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• Assist in making informed decisions regarding product assortment, promotions, and marketing strategies.

• Implement initiatives that boost sales and enhance profitability.

• Support integrated marketing campaigns while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct market research and coordinate necessary creative assets.

• Oversee project timelines and collaborate with stakeholders to advance e-commerce projects.

• Manage designated e-commerce initiatives from planning through to launch.

• Define clear project scopes and create comprehensive work breakdown structures.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.

• Offer regular feedback, coaching, and set goals for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly advanced Google Sheets.

• Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or an equivalent email marketing platform.

• Knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms.

• Experience with social media management tools.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 1-2 times per year).
