Senior Shopify Project, Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee up to 7 simultaneous Shopify and eCommerce projects, which include:

• Shopify development

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) retainers

• Ongoing support engagements

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, documentation, and quality of delivery

• Manage Asana boards, project schedules, risk assessments, and change management requests

• Facilitate collaboration across development, design, SEO, and email marketing teams

• Guarantee that projects remain within established scope and performance standards

• Act as the primary liaison for designated clients

• Deliver proactive communication and updates through Loom, email, and meetings

• Conduct regular review calls and roadmap discussions

• Foster long-lasting client relationships built on trust, transparency, and growth

• Identify opportunities for upselling and retainer contracts when relevant

• Lead weekly delivery meetings and project evaluations

• Distribute tasks among designers and developers

• Perform quality assurance reviews and uphold agency standards

• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on processes

• Appropriately escalate risks or obstacles to leadership

• Assist in enhancing standard operating procedures, workflows, and internal documentation

• Contribute suggestions for operational efficiency and process enhancement

• Support retrospective evaluations and initiatives for continuous improvement

• Maintain organized records of projects and reporting structures

• Review project modifications and assist with budget management

• Ensure that projects align with business objectives and profitability goals

• Aid in quoting, scoping, and proposal development as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in:

• Project Management

• Account Management

• Digital Agency Operations

• Shopify or eCommerce settings

• In-depth knowledge of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery processes

• Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams

• Understanding of Shopify design and development processes

• Experience managing distributed or international teams

• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies

• Strong focus on quality assurance and process management
