This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates the enhancement of both core and innovative product experiences throughout the prospective student journey.
• Manage daily optimization, testing, and quality assurance for primary digital experiences.
• Identify and drive opportunities for A/B testing and experimentation.
• Oversee the optimization of comprehensive user journeys across web, CRM, and enrollment interaction points.
• Create and present regular performance reports, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the formulation of the innovation roadmap.
• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and evaluation of new digital product experiences and pilots.
• Provide leadership through influence and expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in digital experience, product strategy, personalization, or innovation roles.
• Proven track record of close collaboration with CRM and marketing automation teams.
• Strong grasp of lifecycle journeys, triggers, segmentation, and user signals.
• Demonstrated ability in driving personalization and experience intelligence.
• Strong performance orientation and experience-driven mindset.
• Solid background in human-centered design, journey mapping, and experience strategy.
• Familiarity with experimentation and optimization methodologies.
• Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), principles of responsive design, and content structure.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
