This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and enhance the client's dedicated NFL accounts across X (previously Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Short-Form.
• Create and sustain a vibrant content calendar that aligns with the NFL schedule, addressing weekly narratives, game-day events, injuries, market line changes, and platform-specific metrics.
• Track live game developments, surprises, and popular narratives to create impactful, reactive content with quick turnaround times.
• Convert live player market shifts, "backs and fades," and platform skill rankings into engaging talking points that appeal to the broader NFL digital audience.
• Foster significant growth in follower counts, engagement metrics, and audience reach; ensure social initiatives effectively translate into user registrations and platform activity rather than merely relying on vanity metrics.
• Identify, source, and oversee comprehensive relationships with NFL creators, streamers, and digital personalities. Manage briefs, coordinate deliverables, and create a scalable, repeatable process for seasonal influencer activations.
• Contribute strategic ideas to larger NFL marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment between organic initiatives and the paid media and email teams, offering creative direction and pinpointing emerging social trends that can evolve into scalable campaign concepts.
• 2 to 4 years of focused experience managing professional social media channels, with a strong preference for backgrounds in sports, gaming, fantasy leagues, sports betting, or fan-oriented media.
• In-depth and nuanced understanding of the NFL, including active game tracking, a strong familiarity with ongoing storylines, and a precise grasp of how NFL fan communities interact online.
• A proven track record of driving organic growth and high performance specifically on X and TikTok, supported by a portfolio of prior work.
• Outstanding editorial instincts, excellent written communication skills, and the capability to produce high-quality multimedia content under tight deadlines during live sports events.
• Hands-on experience in identifying, briefing, and managing external digital creators or influencers.
• Ability to interpret basic performance data, convert analytics into actionable changes, and maintain a strong focus on acquisition metrics.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional who excels with a high degree of ownership and takes responsibility for results without needing constant guidance.
• Bonus Points: Direct experience scaling a personal or independent sports/fantasy digital account autonomously.
• Knowledge of the structural mechanics of fantasy sports or Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS).
• Experience in producing, editing, or appearing in live or short-form digital video content.
• An established network of NFL creators and digital personalities available for immediate leverage.
