This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in implementing the overall social media strategy for When We All Vote and our Party at the Polls initiative, which includes generating and developing innovative content ideas.
• Oversee the creation and execution of social media toolkits for partners, talent, and significant campaign events.
• Craft content for When We All Vote across various social platforms, which encompasses content writing, collaborating with design and video teams, scheduling, and posting.
• Take charge of community management activities, including engagement, responding to comments, and reposting content.
• Aid in the execution of communication and cultural moments.
• Evaluate digital metrics and provide insights to refine When We All Vote’s social strategy and content, particularly for Party at the Polls.
• Contribute to the video content strategy for When We All Vote, involving scripting, filming, video direction, and editing.
• Assist with rapid response content as required.
• Perform other reasonable and related tasks as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nonprofit and/or political settings, including internships.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications and social media.
• Proficiency in the Google Suite.
• Previous experience with tools such as Sprout, Canva, CapCut, and TikTok.
