This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X, and emerging platforms, establishing the calendar and rhythm rather than merely responding to ad-hoc requests.
β’ Manage an employee advocacy initiative for executives and approximately 15β20 customer-facing team members: ghostwrite, coach, and empower individuals to share content in their own voices to enhance reach.
β’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with external influencers β industry experts, analysts, customer advocates, and partners β to broaden reach and credibility, coordinating both sponsored and organic promotion.
β’ Create on-brand content for social posts, graphics, and thought leadership materials with accuracy and consistent voice.
β’ Produce and oversee visual content on-site, whether actively participating or managing freelance photo/video professionals, while maintaining high-quality standards.
β’ Deliver executive and customer video series on a consistent and reliable schedule.
β’ Develop a repeatable event content playbook: generate excitement beforehand, provide live coverage during, and follow up with thought leadership insights afterward, ensuring that 1Kosmos's presence at major events is impactful.
β’ Contribute to integrated campaigns that span social media, paid advertising, and email outreach.
β’ Keep abreast of the market landscape: competitors, customers, and trends in identity security and AI; understand the buyer (CISOs, security, and IT leaders) well enough to create effective content.
β’ Analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, branded search lift, share of voice, and the contribution of social media to brand awareness and pipeline growth.
β’ 4β6+ years of experience in B2B social media, content, or branding, preferably within the enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technical, considered-purchase sectors.
β’ A portfolio showcasing campaigns, event coverage, or programs where you have demonstrably increased engagement, reach, or brand visibility.
β’ Exceptional writing skills across various voices: capable of adopting the tone of a CISO one moment and the company the next.
β’ Strong aesthetic and visual sensibility: able to produce content or manage those who do, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
β’ Proficient in LinkedIn's organic functionalities, alongside a working knowledge of paid social strategies and how organic and demand generation efforts complement each other.
β’ Self-motivated individual: capable of taking ownership of a function, setting strategy, and executing as the sole accountable leader.
β’ Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social / Ayrshare, HubSpot, Wrike, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, and key B2B social platforms.
β’ **Nice to Have:**
β’ Experience in initiating or scaling an employee advocacy initiative.
β’ Background in establishing or managing an influencer/advocate program.
β’ Experience in identity, cybersecurity, fintech, or selling to financial institutions.
β’ Knowledge of AI content and social media tools.
β’ Proven experience linking social media efforts to pipeline metrics.
