Social Content Creator – TikTok, Instagram

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and release short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (including YouTube Shorts when applicable) on a regular basis.

• Manage the entire creative process from start to finish: brainstorming, scripting, filming (or directing), editing, and publishing.

• Convert product features and mental health themes into socially relevant content that is deeply relatable: avoiding overly clinical tones while being culturally aware.

• Experiment with formats, hooks, and angles on a weekly basis.

• Monitor successful strategies and focus on what resonates with the audience.

• Maintain Voda's consistent tone: affirming, culturally aware, trauma-informed, and genuine.

• Provide straightforward performance updates to the team: what is effective, what isn’t, and potential next steps.

• You are already creating content.

• You have a solid understanding of queer culture.

• You are capable of filming, editing, and producing content rapidly.

• You approach mental health topics with care and sensitivity.

• You are self-sufficient.

• You have over 1 year of experience in content creation, preferably in mental health, wellness, LGBTQIA+, or related fields.

• Bonus points if you…

• Possess basic design skills, have newsletter experience, or are familiar with outreach/creator agreements.

• Have experience managing or contributing to creator/UGC partnerships.

• Are comfortable appearing on camera yourself.

• Know how to utilize AI tools (such as CapCut, Descript, Captions, etc.) to enhance your workflow efficiency.
