This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Peak Performance’s social media platforms.

• Create platform-specific content that connects with the audience and enhances the brand narrative.

• Generate innovative social-first content ideas and deliver high-quality materials that align with storylines and platform standards.

• Capture exceptional content using both professional cameras and smartphones.

• Suggest new content formats, themes, and trends to enhance social media presence.

• Collaborate with athletes, creators, and various cross-functional teams.

• Establish trust and capture genuine moments in live settings without causing interruptions.

• Produce content in outdoor settings alongside professional athletes.

• Publish and optimize content to strengthen community ties, enhance engagement, and support brand and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of social media platform functionalities, including sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and platform-specific formatting.

• Proficient in producing photography, short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and long-form storytelling.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

• Strong and confident skier, capable of safely capturing content while working alongside professional athletes in challenging mountain terrains.

• Willingness to travel frequently and participate in productions and shoots.

• Valid driving license with confidence in driving under winter conditions.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Additional language skills are advantageous.

• Avalanche safety training or mountain qualifications are highly desirable.
