This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Review and update professional development and career advancement materials for precision, relevance, and regional consistency.
• Utilize GenAI to customize content for target demographics, including language, spelling, terminology, cultural references, job boards, salary tools, and employer illustrations.
• Refresh and maintain documents in PPTX, PDF, and DOCX formats while upholding branding, terminology, and formatting standards.
• Conduct audits and make iterations on the content library to ensure materials are up-to-date and regionally pertinent.
• Collaborate with content creators and conduct peer reviews on materials, providing constructive feedback for enhancements.
• Engage in weekly and on-demand meetings with the Content Developer as necessary.
• Tailor and localize career readiness resources for specific training initiatives and targeted regions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in career coaching, career services, or professional development coaching.
• Direct experience assisting job seekers with resume writing, interview preparation, or job search strategies is highly appreciated.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or facilitating sessions with adult learners.
• Background in career readiness, workforce development, or reskilling/upskilling environments.
• Experience working with diverse or underserved learner populations is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional written English skills and strong editorial capabilities.
• Ability to modify and adapt existing content while preserving consistency, tone, and brand voice.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly in Google Slides' commenting and tagging functionalities.
• Strong understanding of resume/CV standards by market, interview coaching methodologies, and career path design.
• Capacity to conduct market and cultural research and integrate regionally relevant references.
• Ability to actively listen to feedback from learners, program staff, and subject matter experts.
• Skill in implementing processes that ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of localized materials.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a lean team.
• Able to work remotely, independently, and be self-motivated.
• Ideal candidate should be located in Mexico.
