This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Evaluate and update existing professional development and career advancement content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with program and regional standards.
• Utilize GenAI to adapt materials for specific markets, including language, spelling, terminology, cultural references, job boards, salary tools, and employer examples.
• Revise and sustain content across PPTX, PDF, and DOCX formats while upholding branding, terminology, and formatting guidelines.
• Examine and enhance the content library to ensure materials remain current and relevant to the region.
• Work together with content developers and review materials, offering suggestions for improvement.
• Attend weekly and on-demand meetings with the C1 content developer as required.
• Guarantee that localized materials are precise and effective.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in career coaching, career services, or professional development coaching.
• Direct experience assisting job seekers with resumes, interview preparation, or job search strategies is highly regarded.
• Previous teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners, particularly in career readiness, workforce development, or reskilling/upskilling contexts.
• Experience working with diverse or underserved learner populations is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written English and strong editorial judgement.
• Capability to revise and adapt existing content while maintaining consistency, tone, and brand voice.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, including commenting and tagging features in Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of resume/CV standards by market, interview coaching methodologies, and career pathway design.
• Ability to conduct market and cultural research and integrate regionally relevant references.
• Capacity to actively listen to feedback from learners, program staff, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to implement processes that ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of localized materials.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a small team.
• Able to work remotely, independently, and possess a self-driven motivation to succeed.
• Ideal candidate should be located in Mexico.
