This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and/or social ambassador program that aligns with brand goals, emphasizing the maximization of partnerships and revenue through daily affiliate outreach via the TikTok Shop Affiliate center.
• Oversee the affiliate messaging system and Discord communities to foster ongoing, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Manage social commerce efforts across platforms such as TikTok and Meta, including the establishment and continual optimization of social shops to boost conversions and generate revenue for clients.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, including GMV, response rates, and program growth; develop affiliate commission strategies and analyze overall profitability, while creating forecasts and objectives for clients based on historical data.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients by providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform advancements, proactively seeking new opportunities and innovative strategies to improve the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and social commerce initiatives.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business operations.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.
• Proactive in keeping up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes in the social media landscape, with examples of applying this knowledge to enhance strategies.
• Comfortable and experienced in navigating and utilizing various TikTok tools within their commerce suite, with a background in the Affiliate management system.
• Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; bonus points for familiarity with Impact.
• Proven success in managing social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
• Ability to effectively analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and meet client objectives.
• Prior experience managing social commerce initiatives, including the setup and optimization of social shops on platforms like TikTok and Meta to drive revenue and conversions.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing influencer campaigns focused on achieving specific performance metrics such as conversions, click-through rates, and ROI.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of independently developing, executing, and managing social media strategies while delivering outstanding results.
