
Social Commerce Coordinator, Creator & Affiliate Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily management of TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programs for various clients.
• Facilitate creator outreach, follow-ups, re-engagement communications, affiliate approvals, sample coordination, and campaign setup.
• Aid in identifying creators that align well with client products, campaigns, and performance objectives.
• Support the workflows for paid affiliate/creator activations, including tracking creators, deliverables, product shipments, posting statuses, and overall performance.
• Keep organized records of creator lists, outreach trackers, sample trackers, and campaign documentation.
• Ensure creators receive comprehensive instructions, product details, timelines, and expectations.
• Assist in managing product sampling workflows within TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Monitor sample volume, approval status, creator acceptance, shipment tracking, content output, and product availability.
• Quickly identify operational challenges such as low sample acceptance, out-of-stock items, poor creator engagement, or inadequate content production.
• Help with backend operations including sample approvals, campaign link creation, affiliate setting checks, tracker updates, and issue escalation.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure the sampling strategy is implemented accurately and consistently.
• Provide support to the Social Commerce team with client agenda preparation, weekly updates, and tactical account notes.
• Retrieve performance updates and assist in compiling insights for client meetings.
• Document activities across each client account, including creator engagement, sampling progress, content volume, GMV trends, obstacles, and subsequent steps.
• Prepare internal updates and work with senior leadership on future strategies.
• Follow up on tasks after client calls to ensure timely execution.
• Update dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports related to creator and affiliate program health.
• Track key performance indicators such as sample volume, creator acceptance rates, video output, clicks, conversions, GMV, content performance, and affiliate engagement.
• Identify tactical opportunities, including products needing creator re-engagement, campaigns with low sample-to-video conversion rates, or creators that should be reactivated.
• Maintain clean and accurate data to enable faster and better decision-making for the team.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator operations, social commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related area.
• Practical experience in creator outreach, influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, marketplace operations, or e-commerce campaign execution.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage numerous small tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Quick learner of new platforms.
