Social & Brand Content Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Edit refined Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and various short-form content utilizing Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar editing software.

• Transform interviews, voiceovers, and longer footage into succinct, narrative-driven edits by pinpointing the most effective hooks, soundbites, and key moments.

• Incorporate captions, text overlays, music, transitions, and pacing that enhance each brand’s visual identity.

• Create quick-turnaround content, including same-day material for events or urgent hospitality instances as necessary.

• Develop social graphics, stories, event promotions, menu announcements, and other branded materials using Canva.

• Prepare, resize, and adapt creative assets for social media, email, web, and other digital platforms while ensuring visual consistency.

• Manage daily social media execution by preparing, scheduling, publishing, and organizing content within a dependable content calendar.

• Assist in caption creation, engagement tracking, posting frequency, and basic social performance analysis.

• Draft and dispatch professional PR and influencer outreach communications, then handle follow-ups and maintain communication records.

• Coordinate influencer visits, content approvals, press materials, newsletters, Squarespace updates, and well-organized Google Drive archives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in content production, social media marketing, or a closely related creative marketing field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality short-form video production for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere.

• Confident in the use of Canva and InShot or comparable short-form editing applications.

• Ability to discern engaging hooks, soundbites, pacing, and storytelling potentials within raw video footage.

• Practical experience in preparing, scheduling, publishing, and organizing social media content on an active content calendar.

• Exceptional written English skills and professional communication capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
