Contract Realestate Photographer, Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop real estate photography and other visual materials.

• Capture images of properties using high-quality camera equipment.

• Potentially create floor plans, operate drones, and produce video content.

• Establish personal availability and enjoy flexible working hours.

• Concentrate on innovative content creation while Diakrit manages client bookings, relationships, client support, editing, retouching, and floor plan production.

• Collaborate with a Content Manager for guidance, training, and assistance.

• Engage in the Creative Community and attend professional and social networking events.

• Include work samples, CV, references, and equipment information with your application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate photography or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in photography is essential.

• A full-frame camera equipped with at least a 17mm wide-angle lens is required.

• A mid-focal-length and telephoto lens, such as 24–70mm or 70–200mm, or a similar range, with a maximum aperture of at least F4.

• A sturdy tripod with a minimum extendable height of 180cm.

• Reasonable power supply capabilities.

• Speed-light/flash gun or similar external flash; off-camera capabilities are ideal, and multiple flashes are advantageous.

• A suitable drone is highly preferred.

• A reliable vehicle is necessary.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• A willingness to learn new skills is essential.

• Friendly, dependable, well-presented, personable, enthusiastic, and open to learning new techniques and photography styles.

• Submission of relevant work samples in a PDF, portfolio, or website is mandatory; applications lacking these will not be considered.

• A CV detailing relevant work experience and references is required.

• Candidates should ideally be located in or around Brisbane, Queensland.
