This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and publish 3–5 TikTok videos each week focusing on themes such as side hustles, gig work, and remote earning.

• Independently script, film, and edit videos in a manner that aligns with current trends and brand identity.

• Stay updated on trending sounds, formats, and challenges to enhance audience engagement.

• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok page.

• Collaborate with social media and content teams for campaign integrations.

• Monitor video performance metrics and make adjustments based on views and follower increases.

• Adapt high-performing content for use on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Demonstrated presence on TikTok, whether personal or professional, with portfolio examples.

• Comfortable appearing on camera.

• Proficient in writing captivating, engaging hooks.

• Basic video editing abilities using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and its algorithm.

• Dependable and consistent in work ethic.

• Background in personal finance, gig economy, or career-related content is advantageous.
