Senior Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, create, review, and enhance high-quality professional learning experiences for both on-site and online formats.

• Collaborate with strategy, program management, product development, professional learning experts, digital content teams, and external specialists to develop professional learning topics.

• Establish learning progressions and delivery methods for both new and existing content.

• Generate innovative digital content delivery strategies in partnership with instructional designers.

• Examine and implement adult learning theories along with current educational trends.

• Assist Professional Learning Specialists in delivering quality support to educators for effective program implementation and student success.

• Create and present internal presentations as required.

• Participate in special projects, including internal training and support for product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing on-site and online professional learning courses and support materials for K–8 educators.

• A background in teaching and/or coaching in Mathematics or English Language Arts (ELA).

• Previous experience in school-based coaching and/or instructional design within the EdTech sector.

• Exceptional skills in conceptualizing, synthesizing, and producing content for diverse media formats and audiences.

• Extensive experience with presentation, workflow, and instructional design tools such as Zoom, Smartsheet, Workfront, Camtasia, Articulate, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Knowledge of pedagogy applicable to K–8 students and adult learners.

• Demonstrated experience in working with technology-driven assessment and instruction.

• Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions through insightful inquiry.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and independently.

• Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on work.

• Outstanding organizational, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong relationship management skills for effective collaboration with team members and partners.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, respond to various stakeholders, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work remotely while adhering to virtual team best practices.

• MS/MA degree in English or Math Education is preferred.
