• Work in collaboration with the social and content teams for campaign integrations.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies based on what boosts views and follower counts.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrable TikTok presence, whether personal or professional, with examples of content you’ve created.

• Comfortable appearing on camera.

• Proficient in crafting engaging, attention-grabbing hooks.

• Basic video editing capabilities using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.

• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Reliable and consistent work ethic.
